Acryl Based Plaster Composites

AcrylCast, Jesmonite AC100 and duoMatrix™ Dryve are mineral casting systems used for sculpture, architectural details and themed environments. They can reproduce fine detail and be used to create a range of colours, textures and finishes.

Jesmonite AC100: Suitable for decorative mouldings and wall panels. Its solvent free formulation can reproduce a variety of surfaces and textures. It can also be reinforced with Quadaxial Glass to create lightweight laminates.
AcrylCast: Suitable for sculpture reproduction, support moulds and architectural restoration. It cures to a dense, stone like finish, can be cast solid or laid up with glass fibre, and can incorporate metal or stone powders for decorative effects.
duoMatrix™ Dryve: An all powder, polymer modified gypsum system for sculpture, architectural elements and themed environments. It can be cast solid, slush cast, rotationally cast, sprayed or laid up with chopped glass fibre to create strong, lightweight pieces
